Cakes are made up of the sponge (the actual baked cake batter), the filling (the delicious layer of buttercream or pudding between the sponge layers), and the icing (which can be fondant or buttercream used to decorate the outside of the cake).
Here is a list of my basic cake sponge flavors. If you are looking for another flavor, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Unless otherwise specified, my cakes, or a cake tier, are made up of four layers and filled with your choice of filling. One tier is approximately 5 inches tall before icing.

Add any of the following items into the filling.
You can choose your color sprinkles to go with the theme of your cake.
Mini Chocolate Chips
Your choice of strawberries, raspberries, banana and/or blueberries. Other fruit options available upon request.
The icing is the finishing touch to the cake. It's used to decorate the outside of the cake.
Fondant can be flavored a variety of flavors. Some popular options are vanilla and coconut.
The buttercream icing can also be flavored a variety of flavors and colored a variety of colors. Most popular are vanilla, coconut and raspberry.
Chocolate buttercream is also delicious but only comes in chocolate brown.
